I’ve been a customer for years. The Calls disappeared. Called Tapeacall to ask for support. Contacted them multiple times with no resolution. Then they escalated to their parent company who promised a resolution and simply never responded again. Terrible app.

This app has caused me to lose important work calls. Additionally, the new iPhone update allows you to record calls for free so if you’re an iPhone user, don’t bother paying $14 a month for this app.

For the past couple of days I have been having issues loading the app. I’ve tried restarting my phone and every time I try to use the app it says “loading..” and just gets stuck there.
