I really loved this game dedicated time and money into it. Twice I have had a lot of my progressed erased. In one moment I got my first metallic character and got it to level 22 just to lose it like I never had it. Then I get another one get it to lvl 43 and when I get back into the game 17. This is so freaking frustrating and I have reached out and they have not done anything about it. Who wants to keep playing a game when they are going to keep losing progress.
