Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had A1 Garage Door Service out today to inspect and make service recommendations for my original garage door, which is now well over 20 years old. I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. Chance Harrison was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was his honest and realistic approach—he carefully explained the current condition of my garage door, pointed out potential issues that can arise with a door of this age, He made thoughtful recommendations and helped me to make the much needed decisions to replace parts that may help extend its life. No guarantee of time line… but it sounds so much better. There was absolutely no pressure—just helpful education and practical advice. It’s rare to find a service technician who takes the time to explain things so thoroughly and clearly cares about the long-term value for the customer. When the time comes to replace my garage door, I won’t hesitate to call A1 again—and I’ll specifically ask for Chance. Highly recommended!

I’m a Googler! Therefore, I have a vested interest in seeing Google continue to succeed. I’m also an Apple user- i currently use both the iPhone and Apple Watch. Until a few months ago, my default for navigation was Google maps. On recommendation from my wife however, i tried out Apple maps a few months ago - they’ve come a long way!!! I believe i actually prefer Apple maps now. Please consider the following improvements: 1. Improve navigation precision. I’ve observed a couple of instances where apple maps navigated to my specific destination building but google maps simply gets me to the general vicinity i.e. shopping complex 2. Action notification default: By default, google maps interrupts my music to notify me of a turn/exit. If i have lots of such actions within a fairly short distance, this interruption adversely impacts my listening experience. Apple maps integrates seamlessly with my apple watch and notifies me of a turn or exit via vibration without interrupting my music 3. Map routing options: in google maps, when i route from A - B, it isn’t easy to tell if the proposed route avoids toll roads. In apple maps, it displays proposed routes, indicating which ones avoid tolls and the travel time so the user can make an informed decision. This issue with google maps is the biggest trigger for penning this lengthy review. While on a business trip in a city i’m not familiar with, I drove 1.5 hrs for a trip that would’ve taken 40 mins because i was accidentally avoiding toll roads. I would not have made this error if i had navigated with apple maps 4. Lastly, these pop ups asking for feedback (i.e. is the broken down vehicle still on the road) are quite annoying and impair the overall user experience. Hope this helps!

i’ve tried using the app so many times and it js shows white and does not work and wont let me use or paste anything

I using for navigation every day and I noticed that totally broken update since 05/21/2025 and they never fix the issue,you google maps team should go out drive yourself then you will find out what’s the problem,please go test drive yourself!!!

This weeks updates, or lack thereof, have messed up CarPlay

Get this app if you want to receive wrong directions and get lost. With its limited voices, you can hear some of the worst and most grating AI in existence. Google maps is terrible.
