I love this game

The content in the app is great. The app itself is buggy (sounds playing over each other, continuing to play after leaving that screen etc) and I think could benefit from developers watching kids use it. (Eg tapping on things doesn’t have a visual cue most of the time unless you are dragging and the response is slow enough that it’s unclear if the app registered the input or not, so kids click multiple times.)

The recent update is horrible and makes it hard to continue on my daughter’s learning path. It opens to lesson 30, when she is still on lesson 9, so now I have to scroll for several minutes to get back to her level! Not happy, and may have to end my subscription if this is not fixed. D

Great app! Love the content. But… every few minutes it freezes on the kids tablet. The tablet is only a few months old and is a newer model. Unsure what’s going on but that aspect of it is very tricky. I’m having to close and reopen the app multiple times while they’re trying to use it.

When I was a child, my mom used this to help me and my brother read better. I’m amazing at reading and spelling now. My writing is absolutely wholesome!

Keeps freezing up on loading up a new session!

I genuinely LOVED the app and the ability to open different lessons in the previous version of the app. The update makes it so much more difficult to access the different lessons and make sure my child is working where I want them to be.

I just needed to let the developers know that the new update where it’s a path is bad. I didn’t like it before, but now it’s horrible. It opens up in level 32 and we have to swipe 28 times to get to the level he was on. There needs to be an option to choose the levels quicker. Also I suggest that the map be zoomed out so that we could see what’s coming up next. Finally, some activities are way too hard. For example the Hat one, it gives 9 answer choices, my son always loses interest when he sees this activity, because it overwhelms him. The other difficult activity is the flash card shuffle, there needs to be less cards or maybe a difficulty slider on the parent portal. Please fix or we will need to find an alternative.

I can have some more classes
