    The “free” version does not allow you see who liked you or to message people, so it completely useless. And the five men they suggested to me are no one I would even consider dating, so I’m not paying for it. It doesn’t look like this app has the quality of men I’m looking for, so I’m not going to pay. If you have standards this app is no good, if you’re looking for a hookup with just anyone, the free version may work for you.

    This app essentially will force you to pay for the service, and if you’re a male, you know women won’t pay a dime for these apps. So, you ll be just waiting forever with bot profiles sometimes msging you with the hope of purchasing the subscription. I might change my mind later, just very very disappointed on these apps and the way men are monetized.

    You can no longer ever see who liked you without paying. Previously, likes would pop up on the discover or suggested after a day or two, this is no longer the case. You cannot disable promotional notifications without disabling ALL notifications. I don’t want to see when beans are on sale every week. I just want to see them when I get new likes, conversations, or a reply. This app is just not good anymore. Back to Hinge.

    So I’ve been on here for about a month. Have had a few likes and a couple of matches. I won’t harp on that not going anywhere as that’s most likely a me problem. My issue is with the suggested page. It doesn’t matter what I put in the filters or how many profiles I like or dislike, I am inundated with profiles that do not match at all. I just went through 5 “suggested” in a row that had some of my “absolutely not”s listed in their profile selections. Maybe 1 in 8 of their suggested even remotely have similar values as my own. Feels like filling out my profile was a real waste of time if it makes no difference what I’ll be matched with. Also the beans and flowers make no sense in their use and feel like a way for the app to just make more money. So you like this person? Well give us more money to send a special like. But never get to talk to them (which could just be them not liking my profile back I’ll admit). But it really just feels like yet another dating app taking advantage of people who are trying to meet others when they don’t have time or a way to other wise. Not going to be resubscribing.

    I had high hopes for this app and, gosh, was I disappointed. Multiple times a week I was reporting obviously fake profiles from the “suggested” and “discover” categories. Not a single “match” was actually a real person. Not. A. Single. One. Save your money or spend it elsewhere.

    Or the app is broken and full of bots. I got matched twice. One person gave me a 2 word response and then ghosted me. Other was a divorcee 100 miles away. I don’t look like a troll, own a house and never had kids. Save your money. There’s nothing out there.

    I don't know when they added this but you no longer can see who likes you unless you pay. Maybe I don't understand the philosophy behind that but in my experience, I received several likes but I couldn't see their profile to decide if I wanted to match. And so what are the chances of anyone seeing my likes?
