  • Weight loss fail

After following instructions and recording all food, there was no weight loss after 3 weeks. There should have been more instruction initially to explain the food portion of the program. The psychological portion was adequate but I expected support from Noom staff. I have not found a place to ask questions or look for support. I stuck with the program expecting a change because a short period may not result in change.
  • Noom “Light” not as advertised

Noom was good for getting me where I wanted to be. The site said, even up to the day my subscription ended, that I would be eligible for a feee version to track, meals, exercise and water. That was not the case. Their customer service claimed they made recent changes. How convenient. The only way to track is to have a perpetual paid subscription. That was not how it was advertised.
  • Great for weight loss but app is really glitchy

Worth the money, you’ll lose the weight if you follow the plan. But it gets frustrating when the app glitches and doesn’t function properly.

    1) It doesn’t work 2) It’s a cheesy annoying app 3) it’s overpriced 4) they give zero warning before renewing the subscription 5) they will fight you tooth and nail about refunding you and ultimately the bank sides with them and not you, the abused consumer 6) Mounjaro on the other hand works well
  • Not Worth It

Joined just for the meal logging. The free version allows for calorie counting and they suddenly changed what they offered in their free version without notice, I got kicked out, lost all my information and they wanted to charge me 160$ to rejoin. So not worth it. I’m going back to my fitness pal.

Said I got a 7 day free trial but it didn’t and charged me from the start, now they won’t refund

This app and system is worth the cost. Take the trial and do it!
  • Great program tiny print

The program helps build healthy habits in an enjoyable way. You get out of it what you put in. Coaches are as engaged as you want them to be. Not pushing but supportive. The only problem I have with it is the print for the lessons is not so tiny as to be impossible to read on migraine days or tired nights.
  • App is erratic

Won’t open the “Today” without reinstalling the app. Slows down starting the Read Lesson start It frequently happening. I have a powerful IPhone 16 so it ain’t my device.
  • Tracking nutrients

I’ve been using the app on and off, and overall it’s helpful for tracking meals and staying mindful of what I eat. However, it would be much more effective if it showed a daily breakdown of nutrients—like how many grams of protein, carbs, fats, etc., you’re getting. That kind of insight would make it easier to stay on track and make more informed food choices.
