    It’s a nice app, but you really have to watch what kind of information you ask or give out because a lot of times you might get some colorful messages from some people, a lot of times those people don’t understand your point of view so watch what type of information you give out when you’re writing notes

    Downloaded a few months back, when I was in a low spot and it was pretty decent. I could vent and talk about my issues which has always been something I’ve needed, but never had someone willing to listen. I like being helpful, so offering my insight was beneficial for me as well. Not everyone is nice, but for the most part they are!

    I love talking to people and helping people. This app has given me access to talk to many amazing people. But can we do a one time payment thing? I get you are trying to make money. But I feel like every app I download wants a subscription now. I use to talk to 10-20 people a night and now on the free version I'm stuck to 3. I don't feel the community I felt before. I mean I get it. Do what you must. I miss talking to and helping people. I just can't give myself a reason to add another subscription to my life. Like what app now doesn't want a subscription and beat you with ads every minute? This app really reaches people that need it. I just hate being limited unless I pull my wallet out

    I really love this app and think it’s such a great concept. The only thing I wish it had is the ability to set your own personal triggers, so content related to those topics wouldn’t appear. Right now, users can add trigger warnings to their posts, but many people don’t use that feature—or the specific trigger might be uncommon, so others might not even realize it’s needed. I’d really love to see a feature that lets users customize their own content filters!

    this is honestly such a good app but what bothers me is like this is an app to help you i guess “vent” or make you feel better why am i limited to writing a letter like every two hours?? there was a moment where i was crying my eyes out and i wrote a letter and a couple minutes later i tried to write another begging for someone to reply and guess what i had to wait two hours….i understand you have to make money somehow but there’s gotta be other ways same with a lot of different factors like the ads and stuff idk just feels kinda weird it kinda feels like it defeats the whole purpose but other than that great app :)

    I really love the idea of this app. I’ve had a blast answering people sending great advice to those in need and replying on various topics. I’ve also gotten some great responses to the topics. I’ve posted however, eight dollars a week? And I’m doing all the work? No thanks.

    I used this last year and went through a ton of letters responding to so many people and I enjoyed it. I took 6 months off and now apparently I have to pay a weekly subscription to get more letters? You only get 3 per day plus another for a video… that is a great way to make sure no one gets their letter seen lol. That’s a huge mistake by developers.
