  • App never works

    Every time I get a notification about a flight I’m watching, when I click on it, the app opens without loading any data. Useless.

    Locks up often, especially when launching from notifications. Incredibly long launch times (2-3 mins) to the point that I just kill the app and go to the web.

    This app doesn’t even have my local airport to select. And I don’t have another one. Try finding Fairbanks, Alaska. It would be good if creators gave some way to find out if customer’s airport is in their database before signing up for this useless app.

    I don’t think anyone should have to give you payment and personal information just to see if your app is something to signup for. “14-day free trial” isn’t free, because you are selling our data.

  • Taken a step back

    I loved this app but recently am using it less. As a Premium subscriber the value isn’t there anymore… still require upgrades to basic features. The app is annoying to use as most of the deals in my list are expired “This flight took off”…. so why keep them in the list?!

    The service and website are great, but the app frequently has issues. It’s slow, and I get frequent “something went wrong” error pages when trying to search or filter.

    The app is almost unusable. I’ve been a big fan of Scott’s Cheap Flights and used to have a premium subscription. I just downloaded Going and while the app itself is beautiful, it takes forever to load things when you click on a deal or change parameters of your filters. It’s almost unusable. So frustrating. Terrible, quick uninstall.

    I like seeing the deals and alerts but the app is horribly frustrating to use on my iPhone 11. Yes I’m on the latest firmware. Some grievances I have are: when I get a notification and click on it, it doesn’t open the app on that deal, opening the app normally is a 50/50 chance it does open, then sometimes when it does it’s not on my account so I have to workaround and login again. Basically it’s a failure to launch about 60-70% of the time

  • Dependable as Frontier

    The app has a lot of great potential and you see the notifications come in for deals, but just like Frontier, you never know if it’s going to take off. Even Boeing has less issues than the Going app and you end up either never getting into the app or the app stops working while in use.
