i’ve used multiple AI apps before and they always have ways you can MANUALLY cancel your subscription through their app even if it’s not showing in your “settings”. This is my 5th time in ONE day being charged $55 when i pressed the weekly subscription trial, not knowing at the time when deleting the app it will still charge your card but get rid of your account information… i don’t want a refund i just want to cancel. I’m sick and tired of it popping up everyday, every second, trying to charge my card $55- i’ve locked all my cards and i might as well order new ones because this is definitely fraud! texted and emailed but no one responds

This app is fake! Never worked not 1 time!! Still taking $20 from me WEEKLY!!! I have wrote customer support 3 times! No response! Guess wat? They charged me AGAIN! Lmmfao!! PLEASE DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!!

Can’t Cancel and they keep trying to debit my account.

Used the web version, I tried the subscription through it and nowhere in the page or app did it let me cancel my subscription. I tried contacting support and no one responded either. I deleted my account.

I tried the free trials and I didn’t like it . The app needs work it’s cool and all but it started to alter the features of the individuals too much giving them a completely different look and hairstyle. So I cancelled my subscription the same day and deleted my account I have 4 attempted charges on my account thanks to my bank for blocking the charge because why am I being charged I downloaded the app again to see if I did something wrong and I could not log in as the account info does not exist anymore (specific words from the app nothing to restore )sooooo again why am I being charged

Charging me 19.99 during the TRIAL period!!! And then when I log in, my account says “restore account” instead of cancel. Give my dang money back!!

Don’t download or do the free trial. I did it for the 49 cents to generate one photo of my niece and her grandfather who passed. I went to unsubscribe instantly because it sucked and when I tell you it was next to impossible. It was next to impossible. I wouldn’t get the reset password email that it said it was sending I was able to find the generic generated username because I was smart enough not to exit out of the browser once I subscribed, but it does not give you and option to easily unsubscribe. I was able to delete the account and then block the merchant on my cash app card to block all future charges. But had I not done that I fear I would have been getting g charged 20 bucks a month like the rest of these people. It’s NOT worth the risk. That’s how these people get you. Just steer clear.

No way to contact customer service, not responsive. They are charging my card unauthorized.

I paid for this subscription and there is NO WAY to cancel and they don’t respond to the “contact us” message
