    Was a great app, but after most recent update, the app just refuses to open. Sits at loading splash screen for awhile before just force closing itself. Sometimes it doesn’t close, it just stays on the loading screen. Happening on two different phones.

    My partner and I got the app when it first arrived and were rewarded with a lifetime membership but I recently updated to IOS18 and I can’t log into the app anymore. I get the notifications when my partner does a quiz but I can’t get into the app at all. I tried to delete and redownload the app and it’s still the same. I’m really sad that I can’t get into the app to do these quizzes and that I potentially lost all the past quizzes my partner and I have done. Even before this the app was a bit glitchy but normally little things that we could handle but nothing like this. I really hope this comes back on for me or if there is something I’m able to do.

    I am usually the one who answers questions first. I wish the app would notify me when my partner has answered questions that I’ve already answered. It would also be great to get notifications saying that my partner answered questions that I haven’t gotten to yet. The only notification I get is at 11 pm at night saying that the next day’s question are available. I’d like to be able to pick what time I get that reminder. I like the variety of questions but I would like more answer options including maybe and not applicable. What happens when the couple has answered all of the quizzes and questions? The app is stuck on the opening screen. It won’t finish loading.

    If you’re in a relationship! Justus is a conversation starter, memory lane evoker, laugh out loud with one another, and thought provoker all in one app. It’s a great app for couples wanting to grow together. The only feature I dislike is having to answer questions that don’t relate to us in some categories. Even with this, I still love the app!

  • Need additional options and kinks fixed

    My spouse and I have been using the app; however, there are questions that neither my spouse nor I would do and it forces you to chose one in an effort to complete the game. Unfortunately, it’s hard to complete considering what the question is and knowing neither of us would do it. Also, we have been married for over 10 years and it will not allow my account to reflect it. I am not sure if my husband’s does or not.

    Update several days later… I open the app, click on one question and it totally freezes. Update: not working at all! I’m very disappointed. We were really enjoying the app, but the last few days it’s been lagging to the point that it’s hard to finish the questions each day. The content is great though

    I’ve actually really enjoyed using this app. I invited my husband to join me in during these fun simple quiz’s on preferred topics and after we can see each others answers. I’ve learned what likes & dislikes and more & less to help our marriage become stronger & more successful.

    Hubby and I got this app today and while we could sync up every game we play shows 0 answers matches when we know we had matching answers. And we can’t see the answers in our results.
