This has turned into more trouble than it’s worth. If you can’t access the information on your desktop the tool is useless for many people. It should be seamless from your iPhone to your laptop. It’s not.

Used to be a wonderful user interface until they updated the user interface and basically bricked it making the whole entire process cumbersome and unusable through with more confusion, some time in June 2006 I updated the app and now my devices are basically bricked! What have you guys done to your beautiful user interface? Add an option as to switch back to Classic , please!

The devices are great. However, the app leaves much to be desired. There is no way to increase the default font size, nor is there a bold option. There is no dark mode. There is no way to get the list or task templates to work without using Ask PLAUD. Auto summaries work great, but doing something as simple as auto generating a list within a transcript is impossible! This app needs a lot of work and you developers are doing nothing!

Poor instructions for transferring notes to desktop.

They make it impossible to cancel. Make sure you use a temp card. Because it’s been so hard to stop trying to charge me. Luckily I canceled my card or another 280 would get charged

Not user friendly, the previous version was way better.

This is so great for interview and Dr visits There is no way to tell how much battery is in the device without looking at the app Otherwise - I like it !
