    I have used this not only in meetings that are one on one or larger in person, but with Webinars and recently my first online Retreat. The results captured every moment helping me to analyze this data in many ways. Because the transcripts are very clean with minor missed-interpreted words, as an author, I have begun using PLAUD to verbally tell my stories and get the best translation that is the most precise through the transcript feature. My stories get written much faster with limited editing compared to a voice recorder being translated through another app to produce the transcript I haven’t yet seen this level of verbal transcription accuracy. I found my use of Plaud in a fashion different than I originally thought. I never realized how many ways in which Plaud can be used. I originally got it to help me with my notes as a secretary of our business meetings. But Plaud’s versatility keeps me amazed.

    The hardware is nice, the AI works great. I’ve had to contact support twice for two different issues with the hardware, and this is probably the worst support I’ve ever dealt with. I own both the Note and the Note Pin, and purchased the year of unlimited service. I’ve already canceled the renewal. Save your money and find a better company to do business with.

    I started using this for my meetings. It’s a game changer for all that I do. Now, I am utilizing for my patients when I meet and treat them. It captured the conversation and summarize in a SOAP note. Even the phone conversation. It gives me back so much time and allows my assistants to do other tasks without worrying about writing up notes and missing something. I don’t have to remember everything. All the details are captured perfectly. Thank you!!

    Conversation with an Agriculture Land Consultant reviewing building duck resting mounds, grading the area with a one foot fall for each 100 feet to drain water in a 5 acres duck habitat. Also building a 6 foot levee around the 5 acres. The Consultant Summary was spot on in covering the details of the conversation, reading the project going forward in uploading the GPS TOPO INTO A Cat Dozer computer in running the dozer moving dirt according to the anticipated outcomes.

    Hi , just received my PLAUD note. 2 things I want to ask. 1 - iPad version , will be very helpful for me , because I’m using iPad as my main device for work. 2 - if I have 2 devices (PLAUD Note and NotePin) I would like to have 300 + 300 minutes instead using 2 accounts for each device to have 600 minutes Free. :)
