    我是一名花很多時間與部分金錢的玩家，每次活動都會計算結束後可能領取的獎勵，近期有次活動結束後，依據活動公告應該要發放的獎勵沒有發放，詢問客服後客服一直要我提供證明，證明我什麼時間達成的，我的身分是什麼，我都依照要求提供。最後卻提出活動時沒有公告的條件，說我不符合資格 這讓我很憤怒，憤怒不是因為獎勵有多少，這是誠信問題 還有，整個求助過程我深深感覺被客服刁難，這些求證的資訊怎麼會是叫我提供呢？活動結束後頁面就關閉了，難道不應該是遊戲客服去查詢嗎，難道每次活動我都得先截圖證明可能會領取的獎勵來保護自己的權益嗎？ 這次的體驗真的糟糕透頂！

    This game is by far the most f2p game I’ve played by far. Many games like this one are so micro-transaction based after joining a guildgetting advice from veteran players, weekly events, Getting mythic hero’s are reslly really easy. Even so for the first day getting the mythic hero is 5$ so if you play on an app that earns you money for playing. Then it’s a done deal. The feedback and cooperative communication is splendid as well, I asked about the adventure mode being in the works for a few months a week after I ask the ehwole game is redone. New adventure mode and mobs. If you wanna play an easy entertaining game go right ahead. The only downside is the people in the chats they talk very vulgarly so be careful who you talk to. Besides that the gameplay is EASYYYYY

    I only downloaded this game because I got an ad that had me play a fake version of the game that does not exist. I deleted the game immediately after realizing the actual game has nothing to do with the ad I had gotten

    I like the game but they over price the heck out of the skins and characters after their first release😭. I suggest getting characters/hereos the first time they release and paying $5 for them opposed to paying $100 for them after the first offer is gone. Legendary heroes aren’t really worth paying for as much because you’ll eventually unlock them in the hereo tavern but not their skins those you’ll have to pay $100 for regardless because there isn’t an actual way of unlocking those unless they have their skins in events which is very rare. The only ones actually worth paying $5 for when they first release are the mythic hereos since you can’t get those anywhere else in the game and can only be unlocked through events if you’re lucky. And get them while there $5 or unless you don’t mind paying $100 for them than i guess your good😭🙏. Wish someone would’ve told me this info when I first started the game rather than me finding out on my own because now way am I spending $100 on characters now😂
