    I recently noticed a purchase on my app that was the exact same purchase repeated four times on the same day. I submitted a claim to Apple and received a refund within hours. After the refund, when I went to log into the game, I found that I had been locked out, saying that I had insufficient funds and that there was “malicious activity” on my account. I have now been messaging with their. “Customer support” for the past day being told that the purchases were valid, even though they were obviously not. When I sent them a screenshot that proved that they were false charges, I am now hearing nothing back from customer support. After reading multiple reviews on here, apparently this is a common issue. After this review, I will be uninstalling the app as it sounds like they also will continue to charge your card for monthly recurring, even if you were not in the app.

    Game is fun at the start, but the platform is built around high spenders bullying the server and ruining the game. I’ve seen people quit in droves due to lack of mod support and continued bullying and harassment by even 1 high level person ruining the server for everyone. Sadly mods can’t do anything and the lack of support means it’s fun to grow at the beginning, but not worth it watching your stuff get burned constantly cause the high lvl dictator can do whatever they like.

    Game keeps replacing events where free players can get some of the things they sell to paying players for free with events where only paying players can obtain these items. If you don’t plan to spend tens of thousands of dollars, you won’t be near the top and you won’t be worth the developers time or consideration.
