Your app really does not work at all and you have charged me for annual subscription fee without my authorization and you are telling me that I cannot cancel it for the duration of one year regardless of my request to cancel it. Your app is an absolute fake and all you have been doing is keep on charging for unauthorized subscription fee. I’m now filling a written complaint to the state attorney’s office for the fraudulent business practice and absolute fraudulent advertisement. I have been requesting the refund of so called annual subscription fee of $39 dollars that you charged my bank account without my authorization but you have been ignoring my demand and you have not responded to any of my request to cancel your subscription and to refund the subscription fee thus far. After my better half Had some heart related issues this past week, we spent all week in the hospital. This made me more aware of the importance of being more respectful to my body.
