Charged me instead of giving free trial

This app will charge you even after you remove you cancel the plan. The developer also responds with the same thing over and over again.

Apparently multiple users experienced deleting their account or canceling their trial and the app simply continued charging. Unfortunately these transactions have been ongoing for weeks without my knowledge. My subscription through Apple comes out as one charge so it sneakily made it past me. I hope this is fixed for future users i won’t be using this service again.

This app does not provide a link to your account info in the app or on their website, and offered no customer support. When you sign up for a free trial it will hide your subscription info and uses an auto generated relay email address, so you cannot search their third party billing processor (paddle.net) by your actual email address to find and cancel your subscription. You have to go into your Apple ID / iCloud settings to find the relay email address and forward it to your actual email address in order to find your transactions on paddle. After several hours of frustration and lack of customer service available (other than a bot that will take you in circles resolving nothing) I was able to find info from another frustrated customer’s review to locate and cancel my subscription. This company is GARBAGE and just handily helped itself to 50 of my hard earned dollars before I could find the correct info out how to cancel. It also doesn’t work with Tidal to transfer playlists and thus never helped me to begin with. Use the Tune My Music app instead, and screw these con artists. And kudos to other jilted users for posting info to help!

Took several reloads before the program would even work, then it only found a fraction of my playlists and artists to transfer. Going from Spotify to Apple, nothing weird. Don’t waste your money!

I signed up for a free trial but it ended up charging me 8 dollars and it didn’t even work properly and on another note i canceled my subscription and deleted my account but it still keeps charging me 10 dollars and month

Pretty sure they were just willy nilly taking money out of my account, I’ve asked for a refund and will update this review if they are competent.

I downloaded this app because I wanted to transfer my music between Spotify and Tidal. Not only is Tidal not offered but they charge for their “trial”. After looking at it they have several tiers of subscriptions. The “trial” is just a less expensive version of one of their tiers. I think it’s really sleazy to offer a so called trial only for it to be paid. Most people assume a trial is free for the first week, month, or certain period of time. I reached out to the company for a refund but I plan on disputing the charge with my credit card company. I’m not the only person who’s had these complaints. I think it’s really shady and sneaky.

Misleading free trial ! HERE IS HOW TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION : ( since they hide it and you just keep getting charged every single week ) - check your emailed receipt . If you paid with apple I.D, check top left corner where it says "invoice to" and then there will be a random email that is a string of letters and numbers ending with "privaterelay.appleid.com." Copy this email. - you will use this email to log onto "paddle.net" by clicking the link provided on your receipt statement. -click "look up my purchase" - paste the rando email - somehow it knows to be sent to your actual email , so verify it through there. - you will then be able to see the recent payment and click "help" - a.I chat box will pop up and you just type in "cancel subscription" it will send you a cancelation link. - paste same rando email you've been using. - takes you to the subscription , where you will then be able to cancel. SCREW THIS COMPANY AND SCREW HOW HARD THEY MADE IT TO STOP THE REOCCURRING WEEKLY PAYMENT! DISGUSTING !

Said one week free trial but when I clicked it and quickly doubled clicked it switched to 8$.
