Can someone help me? I've been charged for a six-month subscription, but I don't have access to the videos or the camera.

I was enjoying the Seeing app and it’s features until I was charged twice for two different subscriptions. The app did not work I could not see anything in the application for 3 days.

Take money of your account with out authorization

This is the worst notification system. I have ever used it give you notification that someone is at your door when there is no one is at your door. It did that on numerous occasion.

Doorbell Camera

I’m not totally satisfied I do have the subscription for a year, but it doesn’t continue loop recording, it stops and records when it wants and it also will automatically turn off the motion sensor

My app has said someone else has logged into my acct twice now. That is very concerning since we have kids
