The app needs updated. It quit sending notifications letting me know I have a new message. Also, some people can’t login in if they have an android. It asks for an ID when we never received an ID. Why is the Apple version different than the google store version? And if you go submit help through customer support, it doesn’t work. And you can’t call anyone. This service needs to be better and not so hard for people to navigate and left to figure out on your own.

I was charged on the 5th of April 14.76 then today the 9th of April it has taken another 14.76. Where has my money gone? I want my money back or it added to my account even tho I did not physically purchased anymore credits besides the 5th. I WANT MY MONEY!

This app is absolutely ridiculous it tells you $13.99 for $10 in corrlink credit but then charge my card a additional 15.11 went to add money charged me twice for $15.11 and only have $10 credit ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!!! There is nothing in this app that says they charge anything additional scammmmmmmmmm
