Do yourself and your wallet a favor and don’t waste your money. This app does NOT do what it claims to do I, unfortunately, made a very unwise decision to purchase the annual subscription and was turned down after appealing twice to apple for a refund. Just know, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

How do I get my money back?

After it takes my picture it only gives me three options. None of which you’re great and then after it builds the picture it’s zoomed in too much so you can’t see all of the hair it should be able to give you multiple views. It’s really a pretty poor product a man I spent 799 on it.

Im sorry but this app does not work and is a complete rip off. I do not want this to renew. Its impossible to cancel. Cant figure out how. Wish I would have known. Now Im out alot of $

Face shape analyzer is completely off and when I tried to use it for hair color it wouldn’t work.

Stupidest $8.00 I ever spent. Save your money the app is a waste.

I cancelled the app and subscription only to be billed for 6 payments. Definitely not worth the money. Barely even worth the free trial. Who gets a haircut and then immediately looks for a new style for 6 months? Ridiculous!!! Beware people money grabbing scheme.

Signed up for APP THEN IT SSKS YOU TO PAY!!

App is very limited, difficult to navigate, has very few selections, and rotten analysis. For example, it determined I had warm skin tones, then recommended ash blonde, a very cool-toned color which is the exact opposite. It looked terrible. Also, you must select the hairstyle from an extremely limited library. Finally, you must start paying for each additional suggestion you want. Very disappointing. Save your money and flip a coin.
