    The Grok standalone app is finally here. Your favorite nerds at xAI have given us a way to upload files and images to help us pursue our quest for limitless knowledge. I am using the app to learn more about myself and the content that I have been pushing out into the world for the past 20 years. I plan to slowly feed Grok information so that it becomes an expert on the world's most important person —me. I want grok to help me learn more about me and where In fit in on this tiny blue dot. I have high hopes for this app, the UI is clean updates are pushed like SWE eats salary for lunch. I am concerned about how I will manage my chat history and how painful it will be to review all of my prompts and queries. Wish me luck. I hope to work for this company one day. I wonder if they can see me, feeding the machines.

    Really like Grok. I use it almost daily for basic info on matters which reach into both the medical and legal aspects of life. The image generation isn’t quite there yet. I asked for a very specific species to be placed in an environment, but Grok has limitations with this. I even provided an image to include during several attempts to get what I was looking for. Considering the other depth reach and accuracy being so solid, I am still giving the app a 5 star review as it continues to improve.

    I was getting so sick and tired of looking for information on Google and getting so much sponsored information back to me. I just wanted to find unbiased information and from my experiences from Google and other browsers it’s almost impossible. With other AI’s I run into a lot of the same problems and it’s so ridiculous. Especially the crazy historical inaccuracies that u would find everywhere. Thank you for keeping this AI honest and free for the public. it’s truly amazing that there is something out there that is trying to make AI safe and user friendly.
