First time using and I must say as of now I like it ALOT! Well questioned and great overall break down and competitive pricing!

I’m very happy with this application. It has helped me a lot.

Like most “super helpful” AI driven apps or services it makes mistake after mistake and you spend more time prompting/editing it than it would to type or use text to speech. If you have a simple template and have spent more than one day in construction, you can skip this. “Live prices” but it only pulled 2 items from a single verified source (Home Depot). Charging customers for a pole to paint with, and other items that are staples that you would reuse. Would I charge every customer for a hammer? I’ll save you the suspense - the subscription is 30$ a month. This is great for people that have never worked in the industry - like those franchise handymen that just send other people out to do jobs. If you need to use AI to multiply your hourly rate X amount of hours and take 5 minutes to make 30 mistakes than this is the app for you.
