Do not rent if you want to spend 50$ Deposits that are none refundable and it’s per bike you rent. And it’s an additional 25 if you get “flex” on top of that 50$ better get “pay as you go” if you must rent.
Rude service & double deposit

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. It’s been two weeks since I was charged a $50 deposit twice for one bike, when I called to get help, the woman on the phone was impatient, rude, and kept cutting me off. She showed zero interest in resolving the issue and acted like I was an inconvenience. I’ve followed up multiple times, and the double charge is still not fixed. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I will not be using their services again and don’t recommend anyone else does either.

I am trying to rent two bikes using the app and can’t make it work. I keep getting errors and the app freezing. It’s infuriating. And the “help” is of zero help. This has ruined my son’s day as we had planned to ride in the park today. Do better.

This app borders on impossible to use. As soon as you get to any screen involving the camera, such as taking a picture of your credit card or scanning the QR code on the bike, the app crashes. Not only does it not function, you cannot go back. So if you were in the process of signing up, you have to entirely quit the app, start totally from scratch, manually type in all credit card info, and then pray for the best and go back and forth six times when trying to scan a bike. It’s not transparent about pricing either. Instead of $10 a day, now it’s $25 for 3 hours and 20 min. How’s that for inflation! The $2 for 30 minute pass is decent, but goes up by $5 every 30 minutes. Incredibly expensive for simply renting a bike imo.

They need to develop a better app. Friend got it working then it was busted while I was trying to make it work but they never accepted my card. They need to improve this app. That was the worst experience ever.
