I did the one year subscription because I was very pleased with the results it gave. My subscription isn’t up until February of 2026. However, I did 2 stone checks last week and just check my bank account and was charged 39.99 twice. I guess for each scan? The stones aren’t even worth that much. I’m so infuriated. I instantly cancelled my subscription and it said I can still use the app through February. No I can’t. Not with each scan costing 39.99. 🤬🤬🤬

Will not allow me to cancel. Keeps charging my credit card and will not stop. I have been trying to cancel for several months. Scam site!

It’s incredibly acurate and very user friendly

Purchased a weekly trail and then cancelled almost immediately when the app couldn’t accurately identify any stone I tried. Since then, despite having a confirmed cancel on my Apple subscription account, Raristone has attempted to charge me $24.99 each WEEK. This also despite their plan options listed as $39.99 for a year. They list a phone number with the charge that is always busy. I had to cancel my card. This is a scam.
