I try to refresh the app, it doesnt refresh and show how many sats i have, i close and reopen it, same thing, i want it to work, but i got no hopes

At first the app was ok. I purchased the beginner miner, then purchased the $19.99 1th/s. I was mining 10 cents a day or more no matter what the BTC trading price was. So I decided to purchase another 1th/s and as soon as I did it dropped to 7 cents a day. It should have increased. I emailed the support team and it took them 2 weeks to get back to me, only to tell me the price of BTC affects the amount mined per day. Why all of a sudden after purchasing another 1th/s does that mysteriously happen. They are ripping people off. I put a request for refund from app any they denied the refund and told there is nothing they can do. Apple how do you allow an app on your platform that rips people off and you do nothing about it?

I spent $80 to more than double my Tara hashes yeah I earn less bitcoin every day than I did before I made this extra investment you tell me does it sound like the site works properly?
