Not the best. You can google, Things thrown together and you don’t have to pay. Not worth it at all.

I have been using the platform since November and the app since it was available. I love how it shows me what to eat and when to eat it according to what my body needs. I was literally always over eating or under eating. This platform is a game changer for me. I’m also eating things I never thought I would.

I got this app when it first released in web based. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I am not able to log into the actual app. Only has option to purchase but I already did. Hopefully they will add a log I. Option for those who purchased earlier

This is an excellent app and so easy when you have a busy life to have your meals oicked out for you. Highly recommend

I have absolutely loved the Macro Like a Mother Fit Chef program. The combinations of food are ones I never would have thought of and the results are so good. The dinners are especially creative and especially delicious!!

Every time I try to sign in to the app it tells me that the address is invalid. Can’t report issues. No one to talk to about this.
