They didn’t build the app to handle long working sessions, and the support when it happened is even worse. I’m now 3 days from it occurring and they kept promising a fix, now I can’t even get someone from support to answer. I’ve asked for the raw audio file so I can split and transcribe it and they aren’t giving it to me. For a paid app there should be a solve and refund, this is awful.

Not able to get access to my summary because the app won’t translate conversation.

I wanted to like this and tested it. I used the free minutes version. However the app asked me to upgrade to see the transcript. I’m not investing in something that I cannot see the results. Disappointing.

Needs options to do at least minor text editing in the notes and to name the notes by typing. Asking the program to make edits doesn’t work very well. Half the time it gets it wrong. When I copy the notes to other programs to edit it loses all the formatting.

Way too expensive

Not what I expected it to do. No online support for simple questions such as printing or modifications.

Total waste of money. Did not work at all.

Make sure you want to the app before you download it. I accidentally paid for the wrong plan, went back in the day I downloaded it and there are no options to change the plan, get a refund for the plan, or to talk to support. So now I’m out on money when I just wanted to test the app to see if it works for me needs.

Time saved is huge!!!!
