As of 12/18/25 app no longer shows a change if aspect ratio for certain models

There was a recent update and now I can’t add my own reference photos, now the app is useless to me. They only let me pick their own reference photos. Please fix this issue!!

The app is incredible - it really is a powerful app and very stable considering the memory demands it must have. The latest overhaul on the UI is slick but it left some very critical features overlooked mainly access to iCloud Drive. Please please please restore this simple option. Also, where of all the options gone? If these image generations are going to cost 10 to 1500 Credits each, then please make some settings available for example aspect ratio, or what about resolution??? We can choose different video resolutions but for images we get no options. As a 20 year loyal subscriber to the entire Adobe creative suite I have a mostly very good things to say about the Adobe tools, however this is make or break time for new users and there are more alternatives than ever. I won’t even get started on how Adobe moderates its prompts - it’s an absolute mystery to the point I don’t really even bother with the Adobe models.

I have an online business once in a while I need a little help with colors tags whatever and it comes up with the absolute perfect thing. AI. Is not going away so you might as well jump in….

Now You can't upload image as reference, can't choose image ratio for all AI models == useless

app is so garbage they actually remove features in updates: you could choose aspect ratio for generated images before. Updated in 12/10/25 and now you can’t..

First, doesn’t support iPad. You get a tiny window and portrait-only layout. Second, there’s no upscale option. Third, if you google “firefly upscale” you get taken to an adobe.com website touting the feature is available in Photoshop, and to try it out by uploading an image right there on the page. But when you do, there is no option to upscale. No idea if Ps actually supports this…or if it does, it’s only with a paid subscription…or only on desktop. Is Adobe just lying about its features to trick people into starting a trial? Not a great way to start a relationship with your customers. Update: all the above is still an issue. Extremely frustrating, because it would take almost no effort to bring the upscale capability from desktop to the web — it is the same Firefly service involved for all platforms, after all — and have the mobile app be a wrapper for the web site with enhanced caching. Already, the web app is more capable on iPad than the mobile app.

Best app so far I love it
