I’ve just about had it with Fox One. I’ve activated Fox One about 30 times and after I activate I get the following message: “You're signed in. Your TV will refresh momentarily.” Of course, I’m not actually signed in, just a viscous loop. Sometimes when I try to log on it doesn’t give me the QR to scan. At this point my only recourse is to delete the app and try again. These problems I’m referring to are on my television, but as I see it, it’s all interconnected. I’ve had the Fox One app working on my television, but the next time I turn on the television it’s this whole aggravating activation process again.

The app plays, but it constantly will delete the things that I have put a + on in my stuff. I will have shows in my stuff and then after a while they just disappear and then I have to go back and check it again and put it in my stuff. I have lost several shows I want to watch because it constantly does this.

Overall great app somehow it jumped too another local station on my tv but stayed correct on my phone with my local news station now I can’t change my location for a year it says on my tv I clicked no I wasn’t traveling and this is what happened

What a very disappointing experience. Free trial so I could watch the NFL games found out. You can’t watch them, tried to cancel free trail subscription, and when you finally get to a live agent on the chat because they don’t have the Cancel the manage the subscription options. The agent asked you to verify the credit card number and then Just disappears. No easy way to get back to the chat you were on.

Paid $20 to subscribe and then it says I’m not subscribed. I sign out, sign back in, it say I’m subscribed then not subscribed then I pick a subscription and it says I’m already subscribed and then it says I don’t have a subscription. What idiots designed this?

Biggest pet peeve is paying premium monthly fees for an app I have to sit through SO MANY ADS. The interface leaves a lot to be desired. There should be a “continue watching” that’s actually up to date. This app is too expensive for what it is.

Sooo many unskippable ads. Thankful for the Mute button.
