PurrTrait Mood reads your cat's body language and tells you what they're actually feeling. Cats communicate mostly through visual cues like ear position, pupil size, tail movement, body posture. Most of us learn to recognize a few obvious ones (the puffed-up "Halloween cat" or the slow blink). PurrTrait Mood notices the rest. Snap a photo or record a 15-second video and the AI returns: • An emotion classification (relaxed, happy, playful, anxious, fearful, or aggressive) • A confidence level (high, medium, low) so you know how certain it is • A plain English explanation of which body language features led to the answer, e.g. "ears forward, pupils dilated, low swishing tail = hunting/play mode" WHY IT WORKS The emotion taxonomy is grounded in feline behavioral research, including the Feline Grimace Scale used by veterinarians. The visual analysis uses AI vision models adapted for cats with a curated body-language reference.
