Utility Bill Check Folder is a paid, local-first notebook for checking monthly utility bill changes by hand. Add bill rows with provider name, service type, bill month, current amount, previous amount, usage context, anomaly note, follow-up date, follow-up note, checklist state, attention score, and current status. Review flagged bills by variance and status, then copy or share a CSV bill log when you choose. The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not connect to utility providers, bank accounts, card accounts, bill portals, or email. It does not import statements, scan bills, use OCR, predict rates, provide financial advice, require an account, use ads, use analytics SDKs, track you, cloud sync, or upload entries to a developer server.
