not working

Every camera and the speaker just stopped connecting to the internet. I have tried and tried to reconnect to no avail. All my Alexa’s and smart tvs are fine, just the Google items don’t work.

Love this for my home automation

There’s times this camera records and sometimes it doesn’t. Can you imagine it not recording when you need it to the most? When my contact is up with ADT I will NOT renew it.

I had google nest app for my cameras for years. Loved it. Then they forced us to switch to the home app which makes watching the footage back more complicated. Cameras always cut out and they always crash when you try to watch the video. Live or play back they always crash when u click on them. It’s not just me either. My girlfriend who’s on the same account as me has the same issue. You would expect them to be really god considering how expensive they are compared to other cameras but they’re not. Wish they would go back to nest or fix their app. I’ve got 11 cameras I paid for & I feel like I wasted thousands of dollars of them when I was told the best app would work only for them to force me to switch to the home app a year later.

App never loads. 6 cameras and they never turn on in time. Can never go back and play history.

It has never worked well. Wifi barely works. It shows good speed but devices say otherwise.

Useful when it works, which is inconsistent. Widgets have been useless for months - won’t work unless you click into the app
