Terrible for a phone

The app doesn’t allow for screen rotation, so you’re forced to read in portrait mode on a phone. The old app rotated. This one is awful. Zero stars.
New app

Idiots put out an app that requires you to upgrade your iSO which older iPads do not support so you need to spend $500 on a new iPad. Why not keep the old one available for those that are not able to upgrade to download the app? Take you star and you know the rest.

Please put the old e-edition back up. This version does not suit our needs. With delivery of actual newspaper being inconsistent the e-edition was nice. We’ve been subscribers of the South Bend tribune for close to 40 and if things don’t improve will probably have to cancel our subscription. Thank you Roger McKinney Note: our star rating would be no stars

Keeping Informed

With the E-Edition I get to read everything from small town papers (Sturgis), to metro editions (South Bend Tribune & Detroit Free Press) to national (USA Today). These are trustworthy sources! It’s nice to have information you can trust!
Again!

The tech service used by Gannett again today does not allow reader to access a newspaper formatted publication to go from page to page.
Get ur act together! Otherwise I’ll simply go to other websites to get most of the news.
Annoying. Unpleasant. And very unprofessional!

The app is unreliable. I am an annual subscriber and I am getting frustrated with it reliability of my reading the tribune. I do not have trouble with the other two digital newspaper subscriptions that I have, namely, The NY Times and Washington Post. I want to keep informed on local events but not if I must experience frustration accessing it.
