When I am viewing a photo make the X icon actually usable... why does i have to tap the exact pixel. And then the next screen's back button is not in the same place as the X.

This app is so confusing and too much time in making an appointment. The stylist and have text back n forth. I don’t see my original appointment on my end . Money has already been taken out of the account. I just need to keep the the second date I scheduled because I don’t see the original appointment. Viagro is a much easier app.

It’s difficult getting assistance with error issues.

Calendar reminders are not created timezone-aware. This results in them being created at the incorrect date and time if the user is not in the same timezone as the business at the time the reminder is created.

The Troy Barbershop is the best around. Great discussions, professional haircuts and delightful atmosphere. Always look forward to going a couple times each month. I find Brandon very flexible to accommodate any changes to my haircut appointment when needed. Love this place. Best shop in the area in my opinion. Highly recommend.

Decent app overall but i am stuck with an older phone / OS for a bit and your forces an update and does not let you use the app otherwise (and older version download does not work). Well - bye, I guess.. good way to lose users Booksy :)
