Now I can’t locate my machines

I’m having the same issue as everyone else. This problem is rendering my device useless. Please fix!

So glitchy, constantly disconnecting my machine and crashing the app

I opened the app and it acted like I was logged out, like it was the first time using the app. So I figured there was an update, but it won’t even let me select a machine. It’s completely unusable and it just figures that this would happen after I spent money on different fonts to use. Yes, I am updated to the latest version.

I thought it was just me, but apparently it’s happening to everyone. Error loading, can’t connect, yadda-yadda. I can only imagine how many are paying for a subscription, so you’d think this would have been resolved ASAP!! I’m about to cancel my membership. I don’t have time to chase after a fix. BTW, The ones on your website are no help.

Doesn't work

Wish I could give it less stars. Had the cricut and app for a few years now. Suddenly it will not connect to the device I use quite often. Will not allow me to do anything with it. If the app is going to be updated that’s fine. But at least make it usable.

The app won’t load

Since the update it won’t give me the list of machines to connect to!!

Why would you mess it up?
