    I had a huge game set up and they blocked my game for suspicion of something. My game was blocked. I contacted them and never got any response.

  • Can be Fun but….

    I found the game by accident and have enjoyed playing overall for the last few months. The algorithm for the Match-3 game is difficult at times, receiving Hard and Super Hard levels back to back or every other game at times. Can be frustrating and now I just walk away from playing them until I’m ready to fail time after time. Customer Service is not responsive. After waiting five days for a response to missing Town Cash (1 of 2 in-game currencies) after winning two events, the response was that my request had timed out so to speak and that I could resubmit. I have the screen shots of the conversation and the final outcome and at some point I’ll resubmit but I didn’t find the experience positive to say the last. Adding a confirmation step for spending Town Cash and Coins would be helpful. I understand by not having it, mistakes can be made by the user - It has happened where I’ve moved the cursor and clicked by mistake. These mistakes benefit the game developer and is most likely why it is not in place. I’ll continue for a few more months at the most and move on to another game with similar attributes for a more positive gaming experience.

  • Stopped Working!

    I installed this game (37.1.0) on my desktop and played it for a bit. I quit, then came back and got this message, “There is a later version of this game stored on our servers. Please update to continue playing.” I wasn’t able to find the desktop version, only the mobile version (38.0.1). So IDK what happened but the desktop version won’t do anything other than give me that message. I keep getting stuck in a loop, that message, takes me to the App Store to the 37.1.0 version, I go to the website find the 38.0.1 version, which takes me back to the App Store 38.0.1 version which is mobile version only. I’d like to play this on desktop as well as mobile like it was before the 38.0.1 version came out.

    I really want to love this game, but some of the Hard and Super Hard levels are simply impossible given the number of moves provided; there have been numerous levels that stopped me in my tracks for a significant amount of time, making me frustrated enough to quit the game. Challenging levels should still be winnable if someone is playing strategically, vs hoping you happen to get the right combination to trigger the domino effect necessary to “clear the board”. This has the potential to be an incredible time-suck, but alas.

    I really loved the game in the beginning because you could build the town fast. Now I’m at a high level that has taken me 5 months to get to buy another factory.

    I spent probably hundreds on that game. It’s a dark pattern, highly addictive money grab machine. Just a sad sad sad way to lure people into spending money. I’d highly advise you to avoid this game at all cost.

  • Disgusting trick in the mandatory tutorial to force T-cash spending!

    I am a returning player who occasionally reinstalls this game. This time, I noticed a very dishonest design specifically in the very beginning during the mandatory tutorial. The game forces you to spend T-cash to skip a building timer. Since I wanted to save my cash, I chose to wait. But here is the ridiculous part: the countdown literally freezes at the very last second. It turns out you have absolutely no choice but to spend that cash just to get through the tutorial, even though a timer is right there pretending you can wait. It completely insults the player's intelligence. While the timers function normally after the tutorial ends, starting the game with this kind of forced consumption leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. On top of that, the monetization in this game is getting heavier and more aggressive with every update. Fix your tutorial and respect your players!

    Having to wait for everything is ridiculous. The match three game is ridiculously hard. The orders get more ridiculous. Waiting for the trains to bring you the supplies you need is stupid. The makers clearly want you to spend an absurd amount of real money and I won’t do that The game has been deleted.

    This game feels intentionally designed to piss you off so much that you either quit or spend tons of money. It has 0 respect for those who grind or want to pay minimally. Buttons you never pushed get “pressed” buttons to spend in game cash are placed exactly in the same place (and look the same!) as buttons you need to press to continue, making you spend money when not needed. It is a mean game that CONSTANTLY changes the rules and the rewards to stop any advantage you may have without paying them tons and tons of money. Mean money grubby losers use AI to steal your money should be it actual title. This game should be banned and all like it.
