Game has changed ownership and is no longer reliable. Freezes frequently during game play. Doesn’t save game totals correctly including game progress and coin totals. Game support doesn’t respond

Love this game, but since the got my iPhone 17, the game constantly freezes.

I miss you like family member. I spent hours playing you. But I removed and reinstalled you cuz of constant freezeups especially when I only needed one more move. Unfortunately when I reinstalled you it took me back to square 1. I have to start over. There’s no way. There’s nothing comparable to you. I’ve been looking. I’m begging Please please please. !!!! Tech support. Reinstate my game level. I was in an African on the southern border. country started with a B Sorry I can’t be more informative. For the name. But please it’s too far to start over again.

They have lengthened the time of adds significantly! I will not be extending play! Please limit the time for running adds to 15 seconds! They are now running over 2 minutes!

I’ve been playing this game for almost 4-5 years. In the past 2 years, this game has gotten more and more frustrating!! It constantly freezes so you have to either wait until it unfreezes (if it ever does) or you have to turn your phone off to reset it. When you rest the game, you lose your previous spot and all the moves. This has happened to me numerous times when I only have 1 or 2 moves left. I think it’s rigged to do this. And, when I go to buy a boost, it freezes on that screen also. And, you lose your current ability to continue playing & have to start over as well. I WOULD NOT recommend this game to anyone until all these issues are resolved. Two years is way too long to continue getting frustrated over this mediocre game. I will be deleting it!

Apparently , purchased by a new Corporation. Bad Move, half of the PAID Extras DON’T work and aren’t credited to the account after you pay for it! AND to make matters worse, they WON’T respond to their HELP DESK requests to FIX their problems. I will no longer PAY to PLAY this game. I’d like to be part of a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT !!

I have played this game daily for almost 1300 days. Over the holidays, I upgraded my iPhone, and since then, the game has frozen at least 3 times a day. I’m close to deleting the game and finding a new favorite.

Supposedly this game is free, but now when I tried to update I have to add a credit card or PayPal.

This game is fun but for the last several months I have not been able to access my friend list, and have experienced frequent freezes when I am one or two moves of winning a level.

Seriously, why are you forcing people to watch these incessant ads for up to 2 minutes. Time to look for another game because this is purely a waste of time. For the record, I have never purchased anything from these awful ads.
