    I’ve been using Chime for a while now and overall it’s been a solid experience. The biggest highlight is how fast and easy everything is.—Direct deposits often hit my account up to two days early, which is a huge help with budgeting. The mobile app is clean, user-friendly, and packed with useful features like real-time transaction alerts, automatic savings, and instant transfers between accounts. I also really appreciate that there are no monthly maintenance fees, overdraft fees, or minimum balance requirements. It makes banking feel more transparent and accessible. The SpotMe feature, which covers overdrafts up to a certain amount, has saved me a few times in tight moments. The only downside is the lack of a physical branches, but there customer service has been responsive when I needed help, and the ATM network is pretty extensive for a digital bank. I wish they would bring back the metal green Credit card cause that was so cool to have. Love Chime and highly recommend checking it out.

    Both the chime app and the chime mobile website are incompatible with my phone. I have a iPhone SE 2020, and the buttons to change the transfer to/from accounts is covered by the “Review” button. This is a huge functionality problem. I ended up having to use the send money feature, sent it to another phone number I own, and claimed the money to my other bank account that way.

    I love the convenience of child like getting my direct deposit 3 days in advance but I don’t like how every time I have tried to dispute a charge it denied me every time also most lenders don’t except chime

    The Chime app is so easy to use , and the credit builder card has definitely been a huge benefit and certainly was not a gimmick. Highly recommend.
