Not as user-friendly as they keep adding functions. It was easier to use the paper book guides, but that does not keep up with resistance and changing protocols. Seems to get more difficult as the annual fee goes up.

Very easy to use

I used to like this but recent updates logged me out and corrupted the password. Resetting password not only requires old password to be entered but freezes app so one needs to close it completely. In the end, you cannot use an app that you paid for.

The search function takes ages to search, and ever since I performed the most recent update, the app is essentially unusable. Freezes on the main screen and doesn’t allow me to click anything. My phone is updated to the latest iOS, and the app is updated to the latest version. Very disappointing, because it is very useful app if/when it works
