On each item I ordered it was free shipping ; however, I was charged over $9.00. How does that happen? I would like a refund for the shipping fee. Thank you

Each time you want to return to previously reviewed “items saved/ in the cart,” the app returns you to the home page. Its tiring! What is good, help of your software, it maintains your like/ cart for eternity! It’s cool to see stuff I put in my cart a year ago…maybe that’s ADHD talking!

Siempre que quiero enviar mi pedido por medio de UPS y quiero encontrar una sucursal de UPS cerca de mi no carga la página de queda mucho tiempo esperando a que cargue las localizaciones y no sucede nada . Ya tiene muchos meses con este problema.

We ordered a few items including a chandelier from West Elm, we were supposed to receive it a month ago, the time our electrician were here during construction, we never received it and still not processed. Now we have to pay for another electrician to do it if we ever receive it. We even ordered our island lights based on this chandelier design which we received a few weeks ago from another brand on-time
