    Hice un pedido hace varios días el paquete no me ha llegado y para colmo está dando vueltas en los mismos lugares sale de un lugar y vuelven y lo reenvían al mismo sitio y que por un número mal escrito o la dirección cuando mi dirección está bien escrita en su aplicación y sigue de un lado a otro de sus mismas instalaciones de UPS en el ANEXO DEL CENTRO DE DISTRIBUCIÓN DE NASHVILLE TN los llamen y me dijeron que lamentablemente no me podían ayudar así que quiero mi dinero devuelta 😠

    i get what they were trying to do but the new addition wouldn’t let me do anything like ordering wise i didn’t want free stuff i wanted to get what i want and buy not all that bs😭 it was so frustrating and annoying they lost my internet within 20 minutes of trying to figure out how to work it, waste of time.

    I love shein i think its really good actually but the only critiques i have is that sometimes the points you get, get taken away if you dont use them like umm i made those point why are you taking them away. Another thing is the tracking is sat back a little and updates you late tracking instead of new, but besides that i like it.

    I had purchased 11 items was supposed to arrived between April 15-19. Today is the 26th no reply when I tried to reach them or anything. And worst part can’t get my returns.

    Clothes are usually great, prices are great, however, if you need to reach customer service, good luck. There is no such thing with this company. They tell you repeatedly they’ll email within 24 hours and you’ll never hear from them!!!!!

    Customer service does not exist and they do not solve problems you pay for shein club and it glitches At first it was ok a lot of items are cheap like dollar tree . Delivery takes over two weeks . Also when you pay in full for the club benefits they never work the customer service is slow & they dont solve the problem yes some clothes are cheap but the material isnt meant to last. The site also has a lot of fake reviews ppl write for points and there is always a glitch.
