I am trying the starter plan of Wave and have added several transactions into Wave on the web version. However, this mobile app does not allow me to do anything other than view the dashboard! I tried to do a transaction and it takes me to an upgrade page. I tried to add a receipt and it takes me to an upgrade page. Nothing works other than the dashboard.

DO NOT use this for your business. The customer service is an actual nightmare. The chat bot takes 30 minutes to connect you to a human, but that human will just end the conversation and tell you to wait for an email which takes two weeks with no resolution. And then the nightmare loop starts all over again.

Saw the most recent update notice on the app store. Said no more bugs. Well, i cant even get past the fourth page of the business setup.

The program itself is fine but the app is pretty much locked in. You can't customize anything on it. Can't change view dates, no reports available. Just one income and expense view for the past year. Would be nice to be able to adjust it.

Extremely disappointing. Wave accepted my customers’ payments and then refunded all of the money back to them, ultimately telling me they could no longer provide payment processing for my business. This created a serious problem for my business and wasted a significant amount of my time. I would not recommend relying on Wave for business payments.

Don’t waste your time with this app it will not scale and unless you’re just selling some stuff out of your house doing a little side hustle it’s not worth it. This accounting app does not do accounting well and will mess up your books and create a bunch of issues for your US user

This app took money out my connected bank account without my permission. STOLE FROM ME. In one instance I received payment from a client and took nearly 10 business days to get the money. The customer service sucks and at this point you’re better off creating a payment processor and invoice generator through Claude. Don’t use this app. After 2 years I’m deactivating my account.

I am a bookkeeper who also owns some small businesses. I chose to use Wave as my accounting software. I processed an invoice to a client. It was flagged by Wave. They put me through a rigorous process where I had to send them everything from invoices to article articles of incorporation, internal emails, etc. they’ve held my money for more than three weeks. Almost 2 weeks ago. They told me that my payment would be paid and that I am approved for invoicing, but neither of those things have happened. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my entire life. Run away as fast as you can!

This app does not have support they have locked my account and no support and all my things are locked down I already email them but nothing yet works
