  • Terrible! I am unable to print the sudoku.

I have two Detroit Free Press’s on our IPads and can only print the Sudoku on one IPAD. I have deleted the Free Press from my IPAD and reinstall it, only to find that it still won’t print the Sudoku. I have to use my wife IPAD to print!

I primarily read the Free Press for sports. Like so many media publications, the columnists are very liberal and the paper doesn’t reflect my conservative views. I wish publications like the Free Press were more balanced.

Just wondering why there are no comments section to any articles? Is it just my app?
  • Love the FREEP App

This app has to be the leader in written-word publishing. It’s intuitive and smart. If there is a way to improve it, the editors, designers and devs at the FREEP will find it. The only possible suggestion I could make is adding an emoji line at the end of each article so we can express the agreements, objections, and laughs after reading articles by some of the most talented journalists in the country.

I canceled my subscription 3 months ago but they still charge me $9.99 a month. I keep trying to get them to stop but they keep charging me. I can’t read the articles so I know it’s cancelled but again today they charged me again
  • Decent App but…

Please don’t auto update the home page. It’s annoying to have to scroll through all the stories I’ve read or bypassed to get back to where I was. I have hands free refresh turned off, but I guess that’s not the purpose of that setting.
  • Challenge to navigate

Recent changes to the app have made it difficult to navigate.
  • Glitchy

Older versions of the app worked much more smoothly. This version often just stops doing anything and will not respond to any touch. Don’t waste your time with it
