  • Support available through email, but who could tell?

    I had great difficulty finding a way to get tech support form Nord VPN, but after a few weeks of searching, I finally discovered they have an email address for support. By the time they replied two days later, my subscriptio had expired.

    I signed up to more on and then I felt like I didn’t want it the second I downloaded it. Now the nordvpn and my google account is linked I don’t want it to be linked and there is no place where I can turn off its linking. This app is absolutely ridiculous and terrible.

    I’ve used Nord VPN for years now and I’ve never had an issue. The password locker is awesome as well as all the other things that Nord has to offer. If you are questioning what VPN to get Nord is the way to go. Plus there are plenty of deals out there to get it!

    Great on iPhone and desktop both UIs are great. On desktop comes with nice extra security features. Serves me as an adequate replacement for my Norton 360 antivirus software

    I really enjoy having this on my phone. It’s been very very helpful to me. The only problem is logging on. It always seems to be difficult. And every time it tells me that I have the wrong password and I have to start all over again. I don’t know why this is happening. Maybe you guys can fix it.

    I subscribed to NordVPN through a friends referral link. I subscribed for one month using Apple Pay. I go to log in using my Apple account and it’s saying no active subscriptions. So refund me my money or activate my subscription

    If you run into problems with your subscription, and you will, and can’t log into your account, which will happen, good luck getting ahold of anyone because all they provide is an email address for support, which I’ve emailed several times and have yet to receive a response. I paid for a year’s subscription and now NordVPN won’t work, and no one will help me - so I’m paying for a service that isn’t being provided. Pretty sure that’s illegal.

    I only purchased for a month and I didn’t know it’s auto renew until one of my NordVPN purchases history automatically popped up today. I was trying to find the cancellation button in the app but it doesn’t exist!! I didn’t purchase it through apple so no subscription in my Apple settings. I had to go to the website and finally found the smallest line saying auto-renewal:on -> off This is an aweful experience of canceling a subscription. I have never experienced subscription so difficult to cancel!!😤😤😤 Also!! Don’t buy it if you intend to use it traveling to China! It doesn’t work!!! Don’t forget this thing is auto renew and watch out your bank account!
