I love this app it is so so convenient when traveling. I can wake up in the morning with the temperature 63°. And before I get home it’s now 30° so being able to switch them from one to the other is perfect.

Ecobee is a delight to use. Simply does the job.

Too many bugs. Plus constant pop up reminders.

The app is ok overall, But there are small things that are annoying and you can’t bypass. For example, I know two sensors are pretty far and will go in and out and I’m ok with it. However, every time I open the app it pops up that the sensor was disconnected, and I have to dismiss it. Sometimes there are 6 to 10 pop-ups in a row that I have to press dismiss until I can go to the home screen. I do not want to receive these notifications yet that’s not an option. The second thing is there are more features on the ecobee website than there are in the app which forces me to have to log into the website. Why is this? For example, I should be able to view a history of the temperature of each of my sensors on my app. I can’t, and I have to go to the website. Most people are only using apps now so there’s no reason why more features should be on the website.

once fan hold ends, the pro thermostat reverts to schedule temp even tho hold is set to permanent. also fix tbis to disable scheduling.

I’ve been using ecobee in my home for our almost 4 years and overall, I’ve had a great experience. However, recently the company has completely cluttered their app with just a endless barrage of sales, promotions, and other offers. When I’m just trying to adjust my thermostat, the last thing I want to do is click out of multiple ads and promos. Stop trying to sell me your products when I already own it! It is so annoying. Makes me completely regret selecting this company as my thermostat service.

Turns eco+ on at random, such a “stupid” feature for a supposedly smart device.

No matter how many times I set the schedule for when I went to furnace to run or shut off, it will not work. So in the middle of the night instead of it being 66 in my bedroom it’s 70 and I. I’m moving onto to find something better to use than this lousy app
