Since the update, I can't log on on the app on my iPad Air but I can log on the website and my iPhone which is totally weird. It keeps telling me I have the wrong email or password which clearly I don't since I'm using it on other platforms just fine.

Not everybody is getting a new device every year. Your user base is mostly college students. Come on guys

I really do not know where to begin. This may be fine for math classes, but otherwise this app was useless, from adding courses to searching for anything other than a syllabus, this provided zero help.

This app is the worst. I wanted the $9 dollar deal and it automatically changed into the most expensive one. I tried to asked for a refund, but they denied it to me. I was saving that money for a bill I had to pay. This app is not worth it!!!!

Absolute scam. Doesn’t work how it is supposed to. Won’t allow you to cancel subscription nor delete account! Horrible business model.

It literally will not let me cancel my subscription it keeps saying failed everytime I try and it charges my card all the time

Not helpful at all not worth the $25 a month and turning off reoccurring bills doesn’t stop them from charging your card for another subscription.

It would be a good idea to download this app to help me with my homework, but no it's the complete opposite. Every time I try to look for an answer it's like I have to pay for a plan. Please find another way so that other people like me can find answers and not have to pay for it.

it’s silly that with a premium plan you get a number of times you can unlock answers but if cancel the plan and don’t use the “unlock coins” instead of saving they just completely wipe them
