an “x” to close out a pop-up ad only means you get another ad. It’s raining now and I see no indication on map. I see it other states on their map. Not mine. Dumb.
  • Pop up ads make it un-usable

Amount of ads destroys the whole experience. Covers 25% of screen then pop ups you have to hunt for the x or close button to get back to map. Deleting app in less than a day.

The only reason I downloaded the ap was for storm tracker last year when we had 2 hurricanes hit use back to back. Now they want to charge extra for this feature, guess I’m deleting this app.

It says there are in-app purchases. Yes, to get it to do what it says it does (track severe storms including hurricanes), you have to pay $25/month. You can’t make this up.

This is a really good weather app. It’s pretty accurate with the weather. It would be five star rating if the ads were taken away, this used to be ad free, which helped out more for observing weather patterns. Now every time you open the app, you have to struggle with finding a way to close out the ad pop up to view the weather map.
