Hurdlr has so many features that I don’t believe I am using the app to it’s fullest potential.

I have used this program and app for a little while. It has overall been very good and simple. I would give this a 4 star but today I realize I can’t get help with an actual person like I used to. I get the very useless AI bot that still can’t connect me to anyone and I’m being told I need to wait 24 hours. I don’t remember that being a thing. My problem is that I pay for pro and can’t get features on the mobile app. They make you pay for pro but can’t access pro on the app. So stupid. I want to login on my phone web browser and get to the online version but they only have a desktop accessing version, if that makes sense, and can’t even view through the phone. So I can’t get work done while at work because I don’t have a laptop with me or access to one because I do mobile work. I also tried to give a link to my accountant again because he can’t find the original link from a year ago. I only see my accountant once a year because my line of work is service related with hardly any overhead. So I don’t really need him until the end of the year but somehow I can’t even delete his info to re add him. It just inactivates his access and that’s it. I just want some of the issues I face to be fixable without having to ask for help and so it could just be that I am a special case and that most people won’t have issues like me. I don’t believe Hurdlr is really wrong here but the fact I can’t really fix my problems quickly is a pain I don’t want to have.

I had originally signed up for the free account but switched to the paid version for the auto mileage tracking. It works very well.

The app offers multiple services in addition to mileage tracking, making it easy to manage business transactions and other details in one place. The interface is also helpful once you get adjusted to using the application. Support is well informed and will answer your questions; this is useful as the app attempts to automate updates but is not foolproof.

Very useful app for tracking business expenses. Great for tracking mileage and tracking time on customer accounts for accurate account tracking.
