  • Great app, needs digital graph paper

    I really like the app, everything seems to work very well and is well thought out! One thing that I have not seen is digital graph paper… When I’m out on the job I’d like it if I could draw out how big the roof is that I’m on. Where I could see how all of my measurements coordinate with the roof that I’m measuring.

    I downloaded this so I didn’t have hundreds of pictures on my phone. Googled if they had a free version and they have a free trial. Tried it but once the free version is over you have no access to any of your photos. The problem is when you download the “modified” version of the photos they are way to blurry and are impossible to use. If Company cam offered a free version even with ads and fixed the modified download quality I would re download the app

    Gotten to big and lost the number one rule customer service. My company account was deleted and was NOT authorized by me the OWNER tried for 6hrs to get the same AI run around. This is not acceptable for a product that does have Value and a value for a company to depend on . Paying for a service like this is really poor when the product is a solid tool.

    It’s slow, it crashes my phone all the time, it takes forever to connect to the internet or update with my schedule. It’s constantly updating but there is never any improvement Sometimes it just doesn’t upload photos I’ve taken. If you take the before photo in horizontal if forces you to take the after in left handed. Why on earth would I take a horizontal photo left handed? If you can find any other solution to having photos taken for your job I would choose that.

    Pathetic attempt at scamming people out of money by obscuring the cost of the service until after the free trial is over. I better not get billed for this. I jumped through all your hoops and canceled this within minutes of trying it out. And deleted the account afterwards. Apple has been informed of the scam Cost is more than 50 dollars per user on the account.

    I love the app but after the last few updates certain pictures won’t load or get stuck on a black screen, sometimes I have to restart app one or two times. Frustrating when so much of my business is this app

  • Best Construction App Out There

    Our construction company has been using Company Cam for the past 4-5 years now and it has made a world of difference. To be able to communicate flawlessly between 35+ employees is not something that is easy to do. Our subcontractors love it too. Little Story: I was at a Home and Design Show recently and I ran into a vendor that we had worked together on a project about 3 years ago. They asked about the project and I was able to pull up the job in no less than a minute and show them the work they helped us complete. Really amazing work these people do. 3 things about these app 1. Holds us accountable to each other and our customers 2. Their customer service is amazing 3. They are always finding new ways to help the construction community

    I now understand why it’s so hard to find out how much this app costs when first downloading. 48.99/month! That’s crazy. I can see how it would be beneficial so I don’t have to clog up my personal photo gallery but I can just make a work folder for free.

    This used to be a really great app, but somehow the owners/developers decided to get greedy. They have cut off use for single users of any type. Now they want $87 for three licenses minimum. I guess you’ve shown us exactly our lack of value, considering we are literally hundreds of thousands of small businesses that could use this for our every day inspection or construction use. This is ridiculous.!
