  • Lacks Ability to Copy Calendar Entries

Removal of the ability to copy Calendar entries in the current version of Outlook is very limiting for those of us using shared and multiple calendars for work and home. Does MS think that we really want to be re-entering all the data for dozens of appointments each time we want to transfer an appointment to another calendar? Just add permissions and tracking if the concern is other users altering entries without authorization.

I have a good experience with Microsoft Outlook.
  • New Outlook 2024 for Mac a failure

I’ve searched and read all about the shortcomings for Office 2024 Outlook as it pertains to MacBooks especially the inability to Import/Export PST Files. The last MS entry states it is “scheduled” to be fixed in November 2025! This is extremely poor Customer Service and Microsoft should be refunding all the customers who purchased this product expecting the most basic of functions not to be greyed out.
  • Refreshing but a bit hard to navigate

I really like outlook on my MacBook in a way that you can view emails on the side and the calendar as well. However, the way the email threads open up make it a bit confusing sometimes.

I’ve used Outlook for 20 years and seen many changes. This has been a benchmark program for me and is easy to use. Great search features and full of options to help navigate your daily work flow.
  • Often Fails to Sync

Receiving no notification on a failure to sync, as in not sending or receiving e-mails and not notifying the user that this is occurring, is failure. Hours and sometimes an entire day goes by with Outlook not notifying me that message aren’t going out or being received.

I love it, an perhaps videos on how to use the advance version would work
  • Font going haywire

It used to work great until the font suddenly started going wild and I couldn’t post a picture or a table from google sheets without the sizing being way off. I write emails and a sentence or two will be giant and bolded for no reason. Unfortunately, now it’s unusable. Removing from my laptop :(

Terrible… they’ve got one job and it’s always poorly done and poorly implemented.
  • Junk Mail

The app is excellent. We’ll start there. It’s very smooth and has a great user interface. What’s frustrating is the persistent count shown for junk mail. I marked them as read, so why is it showing me how many messages are there? A count means I haven’t gotten to something, and needs my attention. I do not need to reminded of junk messages a second time. Marking them as read should suffice.
