Literally can’t stay on it for more than 4 seconds without it crashing. Update this asap or I’ll be returning all of my aura items before the return window closes.

What a wonderful way to review moments from your life, or your work (mine is making art) and sharing with friends who also own a frame, and have them contribute to mine. Truly wonderful and discovered by chance when I was cleaning my neighbors garage. It was in a pile, abandoned for years, a gift from his adult children, loaded with photos, my neighbor didn’t know how to run it, so it was left to sit until I discovered it. I took it to them at the retirement home where they now live and turned it on, and watched them as they watched for the first time. What a wonderful moment.

Purchased the Carver frame for my mom a year ago, and then my grandma, and now myself. I really appreciate the helpful app, no subscriptions, and generally a smooth experience to upload photos, even from the share sheet! I’m more happy to pay a little more for a device than to pay recurring costs, so please don’t change.

The app works pretty good, but there are a few things that I wish were better. You’re not able to disable Live Photos on the app- I see the option to turn it off on each picture, but when I do that, the change doesn’t stick. It keeps turning itself back on or something.

My grandparents have one of these, and it is great! It is a good way to share our family memories. We enjoy sitting down in front of the Aura Frame, waiting for our photos to come on. The app is great, and I highly recommend this for a good digital photo frame. I love that we can see what is currently on the frame from the app, even when we are not at our grandparents’ house! Keep up the good work!

Why aren’t we able to add days of the week to the On/Off schedule? I’d love to be able to set it to be on from 4-12 on weekdays and then all day on weekends. Right now we need to manually pull up the app to change the times.

Received as a gift and followed all the steps for setup, but don’t connect to Bluetooth. Just goes to stock photo mode. Tried everything from unplugging from different configurations, using different outlets, tried different wireless devices, everything. Nothing works

Loving my Aura frame, I just want to request that a feature to manually pair portrait photos is added! As far as some bugs, I feel like shuffling doesn’t work great (i.e. I often see the same photo again very shortly, photos are often displayed in order of upload long after initial upload, etc.) I also have issues with adjustments to photos being saved/remembered.

Heads up before you buy: this app forces an auto-crop on every photo you upload, and you can’t turn it off. If you want your photos to look right (without being zoomed in or cut off), you have to manually edit them individually in the app. Imagine doing that for a gift with 300+ photos. It took me forever. Support told me this feature isn't a priority for them, which is mind-blowing for a photo frame.

Received as a gift last year for Christmas. Set it up and one year later it died. I mean dead, died. Won’t turn on and I have tried all the tricks online I found. I’m really bummed.
