This app was at one time decent and previously you could count on timely tech support. Not anymore!! I moved from an older Mac Pro to a Mac Studio and now forced to use the “new upgraded version” of the app. Simple things like trying to get my business logo to load cleanly created all kinds of HTML errors. Once I figured that out with absolutely zero help from tech support I realized the read receipts plug in no longer works. This app is absolute garbage and tech support is a joke. Stay away!! Please do not waste your money or time on this.

there are simply too many bugs for an app of this age. i’m tired of fighting with it. support is miserable. each release just says ‘bugfix’. that’s not good enough. i give up. switching to another mail client app.

Don’t bother to use this email app. It won’t work on your iPhone or your iPad under the latest OS, tap the icon it just crashes and goes away.

Raising the price to four times the original amount is a bad strategy, especially for those of us who have supported this app for years. The right approach would be to offer long-time users a 50% discount for life—meaning we’d pay $20 a year. I’d gladly pay that, but going from $10 to $40 with nothing to justify the hike? That’s an easy pass for me... I’ve already cancelled my subscription.

What warrants the price increase from $10/year to $40 all of a sudden?

Since last update they broke compatibility with Outlook/Hotmail accounts. Now says ‘push services error’ on anything Outlook. Gmail still fine. That’s unacceptable.

If you’re going to offer a free version, don’t popup a message asking me to buy the paid version every time I open the app.

I’ve happily used this for years, but the new yearly subscription price is ridiculous. I’ve cancelled and I’ll be looking for a new email app.

I used this for a long time but now with the updates it is so hard to find the actions on an email after taken. Unfortunately the price is going up to $40 and without major changes I am not going to renew. Airmail team please reach out if you want feedback
